Bracklesham Bay's wide sandy beaches are half a mile away on foot, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding or simply walking the shoreline at low tide. West Wittering's Blue Flag beach lies three miles further along the coast, while the South Downs National Park offers inland walking routes with views across the countryside. Chichester's independent shops, cafés and Festival Theatre are ten miles inland; Goodwood racecourse and motor racing circuit are closer still. The area also has several vineyards within easy driving distance.

Sanderling House is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property sleeping four. Downstairs has a living and dining room with a smart TV, plus a kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs, one bedroom contains a king bed with an ensuite shower, and the other has a zip-and-link super king bed (or two singles on request) served by a bathroom with a bath and shower. The back garden includes a sitting area, garden furniture and a barbecue. There is private parking for two cars and an electric car charging point on site.

Essentials including wifi, bed linen, towels and heating are all provided. One well-behaved pet can stay free. The property is non-smoking. You have the whole place to yourselves.
