Blodfryn

Blodfryn is a three-bedroom house in the hamlet of Bryn Pydew, less than three miles from the beach. The reverse-level design puts the bedrooms and shower room on the ground floor, with the main living space upstairs—a layout that gives the upper-floor lounge spectacular views across the surrounding countryside and towards the coast. One dog stays free, and non-smokers only.

The ground floor holds three bedrooms (one super king that converts to twin beds on request, two king beds), a shower room with walk-in enclosure and heated towel rail, and a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and wine cooler opening onto a raised deck. Upstairs, the living room has a smart TV, patio doors to a balcony, and board games to hand. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Outdoor seating is on the deck and balcony; there is parking for three cars.

The property suits groups or families wanting to explore the North Wales coast and hills. Bryn Pydew itself is quiet; the nearest towns and beaches are a short drive away.
