Rolling farmland surrounds Bryn Boda, a detached house on a working sheep and beef farm near Denbigh in Conwy. The landscape opens onto views across open countryside, and walking routes begin from the property itself. Denbigh town centre is close by for shops and cafés, while Ruthin's independent stores and St Peter's Square lie within a short drive. Llyn Brenig reservoir offers cycling and forest walks; the Denbigh Moors lead toward Snowdonia and Betws-y-Coed. The seaside at Llandudno and historic Chester are both within reach.
The house sleeps ten across four bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed, one with four zip-and-link singles, and two with bunk beds. Two bathrooms and a separate toilet serve the property. The ground floor holds a living room with a 42" smart TV, dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and the usual appliances. A hot tub sits in the enclosed courtyard alongside a patio and seating for outdoor dining. Parking for nine cars is on site, and there's a bike store for exploring the area. One dog is welcome to stay free of charge; the courtyard is enclosed for safety. The essentials—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are included. No smoking throughout.

This was a lovely farm house. A little creaky and not a show house but we were not looking for that. A working cow farm.

Absolutely stunning cottage. Lots of home comforts and daily essentials provided and felt very much st home. It was so quiet (apart from my kids either in the hot tub or playing), and the area its situated is unspoilt and so peaceful. At night it was so dark, it was amazing going for walks and bat spotting etc. It's far enough to be out the hustle and bustle of local Denbigh, but close enough to pop there for a few bits and for a takeaway. Prestatyn is a 30 min drive, as is Towyn and a bit longer for Conwy but not to far at all. So nice to pull up on the driveway, enjoy the hot tub and a nice shower after. There were games for the little ones and games for teens. Comfortable beds and clean and tidy rooms. Living room and kitchen were fantastic and homely. The cottage itself is very clean, well stocked and all over, in very good condition. Owners couldn't be of more help and were always on hand and very friendly. Really enjoyed our family holiday here and would definitely come back again. We didn't have an issue finding the cottage, and our navigation app directed us to the front door (use Waze for ios and android), it is up a country lane or two that are fairly narrow but it was no problem.

Great place to stay it has everything you need even washing machine, dryer, and dish washer. On arrival we had a lovely welcome pack. It sleeps 10 and all rooms are spotless. It had a bathroom up and down stairs. The views are amazing especially when your sitting in the hot tub.

I can't recommend our stay enough! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, checking in and out was super easy, and the host so so lovely. I left my purse at the property and they were so kind to mail it back to me first class without any issues. 10/10
