The grounds span 1¼ acres and include a hot tub (capacity five), outdoor dining and sitting areas with furniture, a hilltop picnic spot with seating for ten, and parking for five or more cars. A bike store is available. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and biomass heating are included in the rental. A cot and highchair are on hand for younger guests. Smoking is not permitted in the property.
