The property is ground-floor throughout, with a double bedroom and ensuite, a second bedroom with two single beds and a separate shower room, plus a living space that opens onto private decking with seating. The kitchen has a full-size cooker and fridge, making it easy to prepare meals; gas central heating keeps things warm. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with electricity.

The lodge sits on a holiday park in Towyn with an indoor heated swimming pool (15m by 6m), changing facilities, soft play, an amusement arcade, outdoor play area and a fish and chip shop. One small dog stays free. The beach and coastal cycle path are within walking distance, and the wider area has traditional seaside attractions—arcades, funfairs and pubs—plus rail connections along the North Wales coast.
