You enter Pen Y Bryn through a detached cottage arranged across two floors, where the ground level opens into distinct living spaces. One has a smart TV and wood burner; the other also sits by a fire. Between them is a kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave, leading into a dining area. On this floor are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one kingsize—plus a bathroom with both bath and shower, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, two further kingsize bedrooms sit alongside a shower room with walk-in enclosure. Throughout the house, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided; gas central heating and electricity are included. The property sleeps eight and accepts one pet. You have your own parking for two cars on site, and a back garden with seating, barbecue and furniture to use. No smoking indoors.

Llandudno Junction places you within reach of Conwy's medieval castle and waterfront, while the Victorian seafront of Llandudno lies nearby. Snowdonia's hills and the North Wales coast are both accessible for day trips.
