The Eyrie

The Eyrie sits on two levels in Penmaen Park, a few steps from the entrance into an open-plan kitchen and living space. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine; the living room opens onto a conservatory. A separate toilet on the ground floor serves this level. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a kingsize bed with an en-suite bathroom containing both a bath and shower cubicle. Two further bedrooms follow—one with a kingsize bed (convertible to two singles on request), one with two single beds, each sleeping two adults or children depending on arrangement. A shower room serves these bedrooms. The property sleeps six across its three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

An enclosed garden wraps around the property, private and ready for outdoor meals or simply sitting outside with a view toward the coast. Parking for two cars sits on the drive. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included in your stay. One well-behaved pet can come free of charge. The area sits within reach of Penmaenrhos Education Centre and the wider attractions of the Conwy coast—beaches, the promenade, shops and restaurants are nearby. No smoking indoors, please.
