The cottage is not available to smokers.

Downstairs holds the living room with woodburner and Freeview TV, plus a combined kitchen and dining area with electric cooker and microwave. A rear courtyard offers outdoor seating, and there's parking for two cars on site. Upstairs is the second bedroom. The property has steep spiral stairs and three steps up to the entrance. A pub and restaurant are within a mile, and the shop is a mile and a half away. Llandudno, Conwy, and Betws-y-Coed are all within reach for a day out.
