No noise, no crowds, just a calm and welcoming environment. The facilities were spotless and thoughtfully laid out, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The pitches were spacious and well-kept, offering both privacy and convenience. I especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the park. Everything felt organised, clean and cared for The staff were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, helpful and always available if needed, while still giving guests plenty of space to enjoy their stay undisturbed. Their professionalism really added to the overall experience. The location is perfect too, whether you’re looking to explore the surrounding area or simply unwind and enjoy some quiet time.

Great caravan park—clean facilities, good-sized pitches. Peaceful location and was great for exploring the surrounding areas while still being peaceful in the evenings. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Chacewater review Been coming here for many years and always booked the same pitch .While we were there booked for next year as usual.Weeks later at home site rang us to say the pitch we booked was now seasonal only,this threw us and we booked another pitch but not with the original dates as there wasn't availability.On checking with work we can't make it so asked for our deposit back which they refused. The site broke their contract with us then we felt pressured into another booking. No customer loyalty here and will never return. Site seems to be taken over by more permanent caravans not well looked after. Chacewater’s response is wrong really,they took our deposit knowing they couldn’t honour our pitch choice in the first place.Considering their robotic response it’s quite shameful after all the years we’ve been coming,I expected better customer service …

Lovely relaxing place to stay in the middle of Cornwall, owners are very friendly and relaxed. Site is well kept and toilets spotless. Can't wait to go back next year
