About St Day Tourist Park
St Day Tourist Park makes a reliable base for exploring Cornwall's mining heritage and coast, tucked just outside the village of St Day. The site keeps things simple and well-maintained, with spotless facilities that campers consistently praise, plus WiFi included and a genuinely warm welcome from the owners. Pitches split between electric grass and hardstanding options, all with hook-ups, and dogs are happily received.
Some visitors note the site can feel a touch compact when full, but most appreciate the tranquil setting and easy access to nearby trails, Portreath beach, and the mining museums dotted across this characterful corner of Cornwall. It's the kind of straightforward, friendly spot that does the basics exceptionally well.

What visitors say
We spent a week in the Mordros Lodge. Absolutely beautiful lodge it had everything you could want from a high standard lodge. Extremely comfortable beds with beautiful bed linen, a very well equipped kitchen again with high quality equipment including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and more. Lounge area was very comfortable and tastefully decorated as was the whole lodge. The outside decking area had plenty of space to sit and the outside furniture was again very high quality, the hot tub was kept very clean. All staff on site were always helpful and attentive when needed special shout out to Dave who was always around for a chat. Will definitely be returning

We stayed here as a family in the Acorn lodge for one week in the summer holidays. The lodge is stunning, modern, very well thought about with the decor and amenities, very cosy and a home from home. The grounds are lovely and quiet with areas, parks etc for the children to play on and make friends easily. On arrival there were fresh flowers, prosecco and chocolates, with milk in the fridge & essentials to get you buy should you be arriving late in the evening which is very helpful. We were welcomed by Nathan on arrival who was very professional and down to earth and showed us to where we would be staying and explained everything we needed to know for our stay. Nathan was only at the other end of the phone should we have needed anything from them, and responded promptly and nothing was too much to ask. I honestly cannot thank Nathan enough for his time, patience and understanding during our stay and we cannot wait to stay again. Amazing site, Amazing owners, staff & all around Amazing stay! Well deserved 5 ⭐ Nina & Chris x

Family friendly site, owners are very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here a few years back for a weeks holiday in our touring caravan but came back here this year for a 2 night stay stop over before heading onto another location. Site is very clean, touring grass pitches are a great size for a family and a nice little park for the children. Great location, with a village with shops and pubs. Will definitely be back!
