Ivyleaf Cottage Holidays

Cannot recommend these cottages enough. We have been on site a while. The cottages are immaculate with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay. Rackets and ball equipment as well as buckets and spades are ready for kids to borrow. There is Wifi and amazon fire tv. Bude is a stones throw away and accommodation is in a tranquil setting. The accommodation is cosy in the winter and cool in the summer. There is on site laundry and parking. Jen and Kev are kind and generous hosts who are attentive to any needs or questions you may have. We have been asked on numerous occasions if there was anything further we needed. We quite honestly couldnt ask for anything more.

We've stayed twice this year at The Mill at Ivyleaf Barton Holiday Cottages. Lovely peaceful location backing onto the golf course, with the occasional ping of a golf ball, looking out over the course & neighbouring countryside with the sea in the distance. Well laid out, with parking and space to offload any luggage next to the front door. The cottage is very comfortable, well furnished and with everything that we needed for our stay. The cottage is also dog friendly with a small garden, patio area with picnic table leading up to a small grassed area and then a post and rail fence to make the most of the open views to the rear. Hearing is via electric heaters, with an electric shower over the bath and everything else that you'll need for your short breakaway. It takes about 10 minutes to drive into Bude, to Crooklets and the nearest beaches. Some lovely seaside and countryside walks, particularly along the canal as well as the coastal path. Thanks for an amazing stay! First of all, Jenny was super helpful and communicative and advised all the best places to go out. The cottage was clean, spacious, and well designed, plus our doggy was welcome.

A lovely cottage in a quiet rural location with a shared tennis court and golf next door. Very well fitted out inside and a wonderful welcome with scones and cream! A great spot from which to explore north Cornwall.
