The location delivers: Perranporth's golden sands are a mile and a half away (a pleasant 30-minute stroll), while Newquay and Truro are both within easy striking distance. A leafy bridleway leads half a mile to Goonhavern, where you'll find a pub, shop and play park.

This site is an hidden gem! We have stayed 3 or 4 times now in a static caravan which really is home from home. The caravans themselves are spotlessly clean. The cream tea on arrival is a lovely gesture along with lots of local info. Craig and Nyrene couldn't be more welcoming if they tried, nothing is too much trouble. The site is also clean and tidy at all times and Craig is always about tinkering and making improvements to an already perfect site. My son who camps, assures me that the toilets and showers are always immaculate and the laundry room very handy. Craig even offered the use of his own rotary drier to dry their washing. Overall this site is fantastic, very relaxing and peaceful with amazing owners. Well done Craig and Nyrene on all your hard work and making our holidays so enjoyable. See you next year! Hi Nyrene, We wanted to say a huge thank you to you and Craig for an amazing week spent at Reen Cross Holiday Park. You were friendly, reliable and supported us immensely letting us check in early and extend out stay for an extra night to help with travels home. It really is the most perfect holiday park for caravaning everything on hand nearby like water, toilets etc, loved the calmness and peacefulness about it, especially the rabbits in the mornings, great location with wonderful beaches nearby, our favourite Crantock and Holywell Beach. We had an amazing time. Our children loved it. We will definitely be back at some point in the near future. The highlight of all the kids' holiday was the PARK! I actually miss hearing "mum can we go to the park". It was perfect and we all felt safe enough on your site to let them go on it. Thank you once again for your kindness. Our hearts are very full.

The location was really good, close to the beach and to the shops. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, really really enjoyed it there.

Overall a nice campsite in a nice area :) The caravans, while they did have thin walls, were nice to stay in. The lock on the bathroom, however, didn't work properly for me, but that might just be the specific caravan I was in. There's a nice little play area in the campsite, which is always good, and we got some beautiful views from staying here. There's not an awful lot to do on the site itself, but you're not too far from some lovely walks, so it balances out fine. Overall, good place to stay :)
