Newperran Holiday Resort

This is the 3rd year we have stayed on this park. The accommodation is always clean and like new. The grounds are tidy and well maintained. Plenty of space between accommodation and not on top of each other. Great dog friendly park with designated field to let run around. A lovely clean indoor swimming pool that is 17 metres long. A bar area and can order food if you don’t want to cook every night. Tuesday and Wednesday they don’t serve food. But locally there is a pub that does. They have musical festivals on certain weekends. Not a massive gathering but great to have a dance and fun. A play area for kids too The staff are always friendly and helpful. Diane is brilliant. She was always happy to help us with our questions and helped us re book for next year. She is always smiling and approachable. Connor is always hard working around the park. On the grounds or around the bar. Warren was also helpful when our TV broke and he got us a new one. If you want a quiet peaceful get away this park is the one. It don’t attract groups who want to party all night. It’s a family and dog friendly park. And feel 100% safe too. Away resorts is the best I’ve stayed at.

We have just returned home after a wonderful holiday as a family of six, along with our dog, and we wanted to leave a review to say just how fantastic this site is. From the moment we arrived, we had such a lovely stay. The park is well looked after, has a great atmosphere, and our children had the most amazing time making memories together. It truly has been one of the best family holidays we've had. Unfortunately, on our final evening, our daughter became suddenly unwell and needed to be taken to hospital. As any parent can imagine, it was an incredibly frightening and stressful experience, especially being so far from home. During such a difficult time, the kindness and compassion shown by the staff were something we will never forget. A very special thank you to Warren and Amy, who went completely above and beyond to support us. They showed genuine care and concern, helped us in every way they could, and made us feel far less alone during what was a very scary situation. Their kindness meant more to our family than words can express, and we will always be grateful for everything they did. Thankfully, our daughter is now back home and doing really well, and we're so thankful that what could have been a terrible ending to our holiday turned out okay. Despite the unexpected events on our last night, it doesn't take away from what an incredible holiday we had. The memories our children made throughout the week are ones they'll treasure, and the outstanding customer care we received has only confirmed what a special place this is. Thank you again to everyone, especially Warren and Amy ( you have a card & chocs on the way!!) We can't recommend this holiday park highly enough, and we'll absolutely be returning next year.

Really nice, friendly little resort. This is not a resort for those expecting Haven style facilities. This site doesn’t have a shop or entertainment (at least, not in April). However, it was reasonably priced and very clean. The pool is nice. No slides or activities, but good for a family to enjoy. This is ideal for small families, perhaps with small children, who want somewhere quiet. We don’t have a dog but the site is dog friendly too. The staff were nice in all areas and helpful. Site is located 3 miles from Perranporth and 5 from Newquay, which makes either place convenient for a visit.

Just spent 4 nights here. Absolutely beautiful luxury lodge in a wonderful area of the park with some amazing views. Ladies at reception were great, had a phone call 45 minutes prior to check to let us know our accommodation was ready, which was great as we arrived in the area early and meant we didn’t have to hang about. Super clean throughout accommodation and park. Also very dog friendly. Even supplying our dude with a box of goodies. Only down side is that the dog field had a lot of dog poo in, around it and by the entrance path, but this reflects on the owners and not the park or staff themselves. All in all a wonderful week celebrating our anniversary, and are hoping to return next year with more family members! Thank you Newperran! 🤍🌊☀️🐾
