About St Agnes Holiday Park

Tucked just outside Three Burrows, St Agnes Holiday Park delivers a peaceful base for exploring Cornwall's dramatic coastline and moorland. The site earns praise for its spotless facilities and genuinely helpful staff who go the extra mile, while the on-site pizza and breakfast have become minor legends among returning guests. Pitches range from spacious fully serviced gravel plots with all mod cons to simpler electric grass pitches, and there's even provision for non-electric motorhome stays if you fancy going off-grid.

Dogs are welcome throughout, and families will find everything they need including clean showers, toilets, and WiFi. The hot tubs dotted around the static caravans are regularly maintained and add a touch of luxury. It's the kind of straightforward, well-run site that lets you focus on what matters—whether that's surfing at nearby beaches, exploring old mining trails, or simply unwinding in a genuinely tranquil setting.

Stayed in the VIP lodge for a 3 day weekend in March 2026. Lodge was very clean, very cosy and had everything you needed. Decorations were nice, all amenities available, there was nothing more needed. When we arrived there was a large beeping noise, which indicated a battery was low on the carbon monoxide alarm but this was mended by a lovely man within 10 mins and we had a quick lesson on how to use the hot tub. Central location to many really nice beaches a 15 min drive away but remote and quiet place also. There was a small kids park, and some gym, leisure facilities that we didnt use but we're literally outside our lodge. Amazing holiday, beds soft but comfortable, shower hot with good water pressure and hot tub was an added bonus. There was a large porch surrounding the lodge, gated so good for kids and dogs - super safe. Would absolutely go again. Especially in the VIP lodge, worth the slightly extra money. We paid £250 for 2 nights but worth it. The only downside we would say was the hot tub had no heat settings and was a little too hot - we had to keep getting out to cool down but this is a minor issue, and didnt take away from the lovely holiday. We also had to check out before 9.30am which is very early, so a slightly later check out time would have been better. There was a shop on site apparently but we didnt see it, so travelled further afield for some bread etc but if we would have know that would have been an added bonus.

Returned home from this fabulous holiday park, caravan spotless, all beds made on arrival along with a lovely welcome pack. The hot tub was great and checked every morning. This was emptied out this morning on leaving and cleaned for the following guests. Staff very friendly and helpful. The ladies on the reception/ shop amazing and welcoming. Cafe on site that do takeaway pizza and breakfasts, small shop has all the essentials that are needed if you have forgotten anything, location is perfec also. I would 100% recommend this caravan site that we have rebooked whilst on site still for next year. Thank you St Agnes holiday park for a great stay.

First time staying here and we cannot fault the place at all. The staff were friendly, the caravan was modern, well furnished and very clean! The bed was a little soft for our liking but that’s down to personal preference, we still managed to sleep and it wouldn’t put me off from returning. The hot tub is well maintained, the welcome pack is a cute little touch with essentials and a booklet and lots of flyers for things to do in Cornwall. Absolutely recommend this holiday park.

We booked this as a last minute as I currently have cancer and had had the results of my CT scan which showed the cancer was contained so has I had had my treatment and so far news was good we wanted one with a hot tub to chill in in the evening. The caravan was spotless. And the lovely welcome gifts for the dog and package containing tea coffee etc was lovely to. The staff were all very welcoming and we really had a nice chilled couple of days exploring. We didn’t use any of the onsite facilities as we were only there for a couple of nights.
