St Ives Bay Beach Resort

We are still here now, this place is beautiful. We bring a touring caravan and stay in Morgalyn cove area, if this wasn't here we would not stay here as the static caravans aren't for us...the views are spectacular and the 3 miles of beach are simply stunning.. The bathrooms are ok, ive noticed improvements around site which are very welcome, eg, pots holes in the roads have been filled in, and the walk way out of the shower block has been vastly improved. A suggestion when coming to site to check in could be to have a dedicated bay to be able to park and check in, quite difficult with a tourer when people park in front of you in a car as its on a steep hill.. the facilities are good, there is entertainment too, we usually come in September so and its usually bingo every night, but during summer there's a fantastic array of entertainment. We've been coming here 5 years now and absolutely love it, staff are very friendly too. The fact that this place is dog friendly is what keeps us coming, well done Away Resorts 👏

DO NOT STAY IN AN INDULGENT CARAVAN! After coming here for over 20 years, we’ve become increasingly disappointed ever since Away Resorts took over. We booked an Indulgent lodge, having stayed in one before, but this one was nothing like the standard we’d expect after paying over £2,000. It was tiny, dirty, full of broken items, and looked nothing like the photos advertised—or the Indulgent lodges we’d previously stayed in. When we raised our concerns, the so-called manager, Louise, compared it to “buying a car,” which made absolutely no sense in the context of our complaint. She also promised to call us back after looking into the issues, but we never heard from her again. We felt completely ignored. If I but a car, it would come with EXACTLY what I want, seeing as I would be spec’ing it? Anyway, she was the least bit helpful; so on top of the stay, I can’t say the customer service is any better…. At that point, we’d had enough of being messed around and decided to make the best of what we could of our family holiday. Unfortunately, the accommodation was a huge disappointment and fell far below the standard we expected for the price we paid. Just look at how the bedrooms Conor to their pictures!!! They say they are all different but some of the indulgent are terrible, totally different and it’s unacceptable, we wouldn’t have paid £1,000 for this caravan… (they also state on their website site all come with usb sockets, tv ports etc, well ours did not!!!) Away Resorts need to sort this St Ives Bay resort out, as it was much better when privately owned!!!

We had a truly luxurious stay at St. Ives Bay Beach Resort. The caravan was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—far exceeding expectations for the price. Apart from that we were able to use the laundry services as well . With the beach just few steps away, the setting felt exclusive and serene, perfect for unwinding in style. A perfect blend of comfort, value, and coastal charm—an experience we’ll definitely return to.

Our 3rd time staying here and we're coming back August. Staff are friendly and polite. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Views from the sands bar is stunning. Not a far walk from our caravan to the beach. It's a killer walking back up the sand dunes from the beach 😂... Be warned but the location it's good and fantastic and the facilities.
