We camped so no knowledge of rooms. Staff are lovelly, food perfect, great selection of beer and TBH some of the best hospitality I have experienced in a while. The site was clean and tidy with great views of the lake. A fantastic 5 mile walk around the lake (watch the road section). Plenty of wildlife, wildfowl ect. Cracking watersports centre close by. Toilets, showers utility room all spotlessly clean, never ran out of TP.

Beautiful pub and the service was quick,I opted for the steak ale pie and it was lovely,if I lived in the area I'd be here a lot.

A lovely little pub discovered while walking around Stithians Dam and Resovoir. Will need to come back and eat here. Just had a hot chocolate to warm up and chill out. Nice comfortable atmosphere. Clean toilets. Staff polite and attentive. On a second visit I cam here for a Sunday roast. I chose from the children's menu as the main choices seemed a little too much. The roast chicken meal was more than plenty. A part from the Yorkshire pudding being a little overdone and the stuffing a little burnt it was still very nice. There was a side dish of veg. The only negative thing is the chicken was a leg. A bit of breast would have been better for children too. Th pub has views of the lake. Has camping facilties and car parking facilities. Staff were very attentive and helpful on the day.

We only had drinks but great value for money and the atmosphere was lovely. We sat outside just opposite the lake. Would love to go back soon.
