About Trevaylor Caravan and Camping Park

Tucked between St Just and the rugged cliffs of West Cornwall, Trevaylor Caravan and Camping Park offers a well-equipped base for exploring Land's End and the surrounding coast. The site provides a good range of pitch options—from fully serviced hardstanding to spacious electric grass pitches and more modest non-electric spots—plus a pair of ready-pitched bell tents for those after a lighter arrival. Facilities cover the essentials: clean showers and toilets, electric hook-ups across most pitches, WiFi, and a warm welcome for dogs.

The location is the real draw here, putting you within easy reach of clifftop walks, stone circles, and the characterful mining heritage of Penwith. It's a straightforward, friendly site that does the basics well, though don't expect elaborate amenities or entertainment—Trevaylor keeps things simple and lets the landscape do the talking.

We somehow managed to book dates while the site was closed for annual maintenance, instead of cancelling our stay the site allowed us to continue, we didn't know until we arrived that the site was closed. We were still welcomed and treated as if the site was still fully open. Hot showers, spotless facilities, we genuinely expected cold showers and would have understood how difficult it must be to maintain the facilities just for 1 booking. But that's what we got. Peaceful, beautiful location and easy dog walking access. Thank you all.

We had a great stay here. Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Facilities are excellent and kept clean, I especially appreciated a family wash room which made showering young children easier, microwave, the games room which gave a refuge from bad weather and boredom and the kids play area. Site itself is well maintained and in a great location as well as being reasonably priced. It was peaceful and the Pitches were sufficiently level and grass free of weeds. We will definitely be returning.

A really fabulous campsite that we would 100% recommend. It’s a beautiful location on Cape Cornwall, although be aware that can mean higher winds on occasion, although it was warm and sunny when we were there. The campsite is easy to get around, well signposted, friendly and although there were families & children, it was lovely & quiet & everyone very considerate. Nicola, Simon & family & Victoria who helps them, were really friendly & helpful so we’re really happy they decided to open their home to us! It’s easy to reach by car, but there’s also a bus stop right outside and you’re close to the many beauties of Cornwall and the coast and Cape Cornwall (where Poldark was partly filmed) with plenty of walks as long as you have mobility. The site has the best of both worlds - full of quiet nature, but also some great facilities. The site has plenty of water taps & electric hook-ups (& sockets in the bell tents where we stayed). It has very clean toilets, sinks & showers; and a covered room with plenty of sinks for washing-up, a coin-operated washing machine & tumble drier, a freezer for freezing freezer blocks & even a microwave you can use. We had a bell tent (a first for us), which we absolutely loved. We would definitely come back to use it again, but also look forward to camping & may consider hiring a static caravan in the winter. We 100% recommend & hope to be back.
