I wasn't sure what to except, I haven't stayed in a caravan/mobile home since I was a kid, but I was pleasantly surprised. The owners have put a lot of work in, and the site is clean and tidy and the homes are of a high standard. I was glad I chose this option rather than a hotel. It was great to have the kitchen, and the lounge was a really good size. It had a TV with all the streaming services that you could want, the kitchen was equipped with plates, bowls, cutlery, cups and glasses etc. There's a fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. There's plenty of storage, the bedrooms have wardrobes and side tables. One of the most important things for me as a person with a lot of hair, the shower pressure was excellent. One towel is provided per person, there's a bath mat and there's a tea towel for the kitchen. Bedding is provided. The owners are friendly and quick to respond to any questions you may have. You can drive your car up to the caravan to unload, and then there's plenty of parking on site. Most importantly the views are absolutely stunning, this is a great location and less than 10 minutes to the gorgeous Sennen Cove and 15 minutes from Land's End.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Roselands Caravan Park in St Just. The location is perfect for a short break, offering a quiet and peaceful setting to relax and unwind. Our caravan was lovely, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. It was also great to be able to bring our dog along. We would definitely recommend Roselands Caravan Park and would happily visit again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We spent two weeks in a 4-berth static caravan at Roselands. Even though the weather wasn't on our side, the accommodation and the entire site were exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean. Craig was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and always available whenever we needed local advice.

What a great and beautiful place to stay! We had a fantastic time during our very first camping trip here. The surroundings are peaceful and scenic, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The staff were welcoming and helpful, which made us feel comfortable right away. As first-time campers, we didn’t quite know what to expect, but this site exceeded our expectations and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. We loved the atmosphere, and it felt safe and family-friendly. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to others and look forward to coming back again soon!
