Both bedrooms have en-suite or private bathroom facilities; one has a king bed, the other two singles on a zip-and-link frame, so the property sleeps six. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with parking for one car and a cot and highchair if needed. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
The location cuts out the need for transport to do much. Fistral Beach, famous for surfing, is a short walk away. Newquay Golf Course is on the doorstep. The town centre, harbour and estuary walks are all within reach on foot. The shared garden and bike store are accessible to guests. The apartment is non-smoking. Hen and stag parties are not accepted here.
