Cobi's Cape Cottage is a mid-terrace house sleeping six across three bedrooms. The front room has sea views and a king bed; a rear double and bunk bedroom complete the upstairs, along with a bathroom offering a bath with shower over. Downstairs, the living room centres on a wood burner, while the kitchen and dining area have an electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher. A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and initial logs for the burner are all included.

The cottage sits within walking distance of St Just's main square, where you'll find a supermarket, bakery, butcher, galleries, tea rooms and three pubs serving local food and ales. An enclosed patio occupies the rear; a small front garden faces the street. One dog stays free of charge. On-road parking is available, with additional free spaces in the public car park nearby.

Cape Cornwall lies 1¼ miles away, its rugged coastline crossed by walking paths. Sennen Cove, a sandy beach popular with surfers, is a short drive south. The Minack open air theatre overlooks Porthcurno beach; Mousehole and Newlyn villages are within reach. The area draws visitors for its Poldark connections and mining heritage. No smoking throughout the property.
