Eagles Nest

Eagles Nest sits on a quiet woodland estate near St Mellion, positioned to reach both Cornish coastlines within reasonable driving. The north coast and south coast are each around 13 miles away, making this a genuine base for exploring either. The property adjoins St Mellion Golf and Country Club's fairways, and for non-golfers, a village with shops and restaurants is 3 miles off.

This detached lodge has three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom or shower—one with a bath and shower attachment, two with cubicle showers. The ground floor holds all three bedrooms; the first floor is given over to living space. An open-plan kitchen and dining area sits alongside a lounge with Freeview TV, and French doors lead to a balcony. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. A separate toilet, washing machine and stable door to a decked terrace with barbecue complete the layout. Two bedrooms were refurbished in January 2025, and one partially refurbished at the same time. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Private parking fits two cars. The property is no-smoking.

The lodge sleeps six and suits families, groups of friends or couples wanting space to spread out. It works for a long break or a shorter getaway.
