Ground floor holds the living room—positioned to catch those views—plus a kitchen and dining space that opens onto the rear patio. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a kingsize, a queen and a bunk bed, served by a single bathroom with shower over the bath.

The kitchen is properly fitted for self-catering, with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the usual appliances. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included; a washing machine and tumble dryer handle laundry. One dog can stay at no extra cost. The front and back gardens are yours alone, with patio furniture provided and private parking for one car. St Just itself has a supermarket, galleries, tea rooms and pubs, plus free public parking and local bus connections—useful during peak summer when avoiding the car makes sense. The surrounding area is defined by coastal paths threading past old tin mining sites, with Geevor Tin Mine and Pendeen Lighthouse within a few miles. Land's End is about six miles further on.
