Kenwith Cottage comes ready to use. Electricity, gas central heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, so you arrive to a functioning home rather than a to-do list. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine, meaning you can cook proper meals or just rinse out the sandy clothes without thinking about extras. A welcome pack is waiting when you get there.

The cottage holds two bedrooms and one bathroom across its two floors. Downstairs there's a living room with a television and a separate kitchen-dining room where four can eat together. The first bedroom has a kingsize bed; the second has bunks. The shower room is compact and practical. Out back, a small garden with furniture gives you somewhere to sit or—as guests tend to do—drape wet wetsuits and swimwear to dry.

East Looe sits on the harbour, with shops, pubs and beaches within walking distance. The property is non-smoking. On-road parking is free; the public car park charges.
