We booked a 3-night stay as a birthday treat for our son but unfortunately left after just 1 night due to ongoing issues with ants in our accommodation. After reporting the problem, we were moved to a second caravan, only to find the same issue there. We spent much of our stay checking for ants, killing them, and trying to stop them getting into food and around the children. The situation made it difficult to relax or enjoy the holiday. In the first caravan we were provided with ant spray to use ourselves, which unfortunately triggered my asthma and left me feeling unwell. We then had the inconvenience of packing up and moving caravans, only to encounter the same problem again. The most disappointing part was that this was meant to be a special birthday weekend for our son. Instead of making happy memories, much of our time was spent dealing with accommodation issues and ultimately deciding to return home early. The staff we dealt with were polite and responded to our reports, and I appreciate their efforts. However, after staying only one night of a three-night break and providing evidence of the issues we experienced, I was disappointed that no refund was offered. I wasn’t looking for a large gesture of compensation. In fact, I simply asked whether my children could receive a teddy each as an apology, particularly as it was my son’s birthday weekend. I was told this could only be arranged if we booked and returned for another stay in the future, which I found disappointing given the circumstances. Sadly, this experience has left us feeling that we did not receive the holiday we paid for.

We had a fantastic stay at Tencreek Holiday Park. Our 3 bed Sunking caravan was clean and in really good condition. The pool was never too busy and an enjoyable part of our stay. The play park was good for the kids, especially the soft flooring rather than grass. The entertainment was also of a high standard, especially the Aladdin pantomime, which was a real highlight. It was engaging, well-performed, and thoroughly entertaining for all ages. All the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and creating a lovely atmosphere throughout the park. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely return!

Myself and four children recently enjoyed a holiday here over Easter. The park is well maintained with lots of facilities including a free swimming pool and free entertainment. The entertainment was very good, in particular the Aladdin Pantomime which was extremely professional with great singers. The bar area is modern and clean, and prices are reasonable. The park is located a few minutes away from Looe so it's so easy to drive there and enjoy the beautiful town. We loved our holiday, would definitely recommend and we can't wait to return!

We had a really lovely brand new static, with a great view. The park was quiet and the staff were outstanding. Couldn't do enough to help. Well stocked shop, indoor swimming pool, club house. Big shout out to Sam who is half of the maintenance team. What a guy. Highly recommended.
