Looe's fish market, golden beach and dog-friendly Hannifore strand are all within reach of Little Larnick, a single-bedroom cottage on the edge of the fishing town. The branch line to Looe station runs close by. Woodland and coastal paths start from the grounds; deeper into Cornwall, Plymouth's aquarium and Fowey's harbourside are easy driving distances away. The town also hosts a music festival each September.
The whole property is yours alone on the ground floor, with a living and dining area opening onto a courtyard and sitting area. The kitchen comes equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher—and leads through to a bedroom with a double bed and its own ensuite bathroom fitted with a spa bath and shower. Wifi, heating, electricity and linen are all covered. One dog can stay free, and there's private parking for a car on site, plus woodland grounds where you can walk.
Note that the kitchen and bedroom are accessed by six steps each from the main floor level, and the property does not permit smoking.

We have stayed here five times over the past few years. It is spotless, service is excellent, very good breakfast, all the food is freshly cooked and sourced locally. Angela and Bernard are lovely and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Will defiantly be visiting again.

I’ve been coming to stay at this B&B almost every year since I first came over 10 years ago and I simply love everything about it as it’s perfect for me. It’s lovely and quiet with its location away from the busy areas and you can just relax and enjoy it. It’s in beautiful country surroundings near open fields often filled with superb farm animals. Angela & Bernard, the hosts, make you feel so welcome and at home, you don’t want to head back home when you stay is ending. They’ve got a catalog of information about local amenities and places of interest to visit. I highly recommend it!!

We spent a night at the beautiful Hayloft at Little Larnick Farm as we attended the first Kernowfonia festival in Looe. The place is in a very quiet spot in the outskirts of town and the loft is a gem of a b&b. We only booked a room and Angela greeted us heartily. The large suite offers well-equipped bathroom, heating, fridge any a beautifully furnished bedroom. Driving there is a bit of an adventure, but GoogleMaps worked excellent. I can recommend taking the turn to the right, when leaving the premises as you get faster to a broader street. But the causeways with the amazing hedges are part of the experience. We only briefly waved Bernard as we mainly only slept at the Farm, but I imagine staying there longer and starting walking tours there is a pleasure, too. Take some time to read a bit on the history of the farm in the ledger provided...
