Low Tide
Cornwall
Looe is a working fishing town where the daily catch still lands at the harbour, and the South West Coast Path runs past the beach. Low Tide sits on the hillside above it, a ground-floor apartment with views across the River Looe toward woodland. The living space opens onto a back garden with terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue—the sort of place where you can cook lunch and eat it outside. One car can park on site, and well-behaved dogs stay free.
Two bedrooms sleep five: one with a double bed, one with a double and single bunk. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, and essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are included. The only note is that the property is reached via steps, and there are a further three steps down to the garden. Smoking is not permitted.
The town centre—shops, restaurants, the harbour—is a short walk away. The railway station and bus services make it easy to explore further afield without a car. Families and couples looking for a quiet base with some coastal walking on the doorstep will find what they need here.
