Merriview

Merriview comes ready to use. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included; electricity is covered; the kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine so you can prepare proper meals and manage laundry. The living room contains a 40" TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Two bedrooms sleep three: one with a double bed and one with a single. There is a wet room with a shower and a separate toilet.

The bungalow stands on its own with a large enclosed garden to the rear, laid to lawn with a patio and garden furniture. You have parking for one car on site. No smoking is permitted inside.

From here, the beach at Praa Sands is two miles away. The village of Ashton, with a pub and part-time shop, is nearby; Helston and Porthleven—offering restaurants, cafés and better shopping—lie within five miles. The South West Coastal Path and the Cornish Mining Trails are both accessible from the property, making this a good base whether you are walking or exploring local history.
