The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and full-size fridge, so cooking for a group is straightforward. Four bedrooms sleep eight: one with a king bed and ensuite shower, three with double beds, plus a family bathroom with bath and shower.

Layout spans two floors with spaces to suit different moods. Downstairs holds a living room with woodburner and Freeview TV, the kitchen/dining room for shared meals, a games room with pool table and smart TV, and a shower room. Upstairs, a second living area with woodburner and bifold doors opens to the garden, alongside the bedrooms. Outside, a large lawned garden with courtyard and furniture provides space to spread out; parking fits three cars on site. One well-behaved dog is welcome. No smoking inside, and children must be ten or over. The property sits near D L Marine, a few minutes' drive from the coast.
