Pencrennow Farm Cottages - Swallow Cottage

Perranporth sits on Cornwall's north coast with a beach that stretches for three miles, backed by dunes and fields. The town has surf hire, restaurants and bars along the sand, plus shops and a golf course nearby. Swallow Cottage is a converted farm building at Pencrennow, surrounded by open countryside but only a short drive from all of this. The village of St. Agnes lies west along the coast with craft shops; Crantoc is to the east.

The cottage is ground floor only, with an open-plan living and dining space, a kitchen equipped for real cooking, and two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles and a z-bed. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Central heating runs on Economy 7 rates (October to April), and electricity is included. Laundry facilities are shared with other properties on the farm, accessible via an external utility room.

Outside is a courtyard with a raised terrace and patio furniture, with private parking for one car. The property is non-smoking. A travel cot and highchair are available on request for an additional charge. Note that there are two steps into the courtyard.
