Perranporth's three miles of golden sand and seafront bar attract everyone from families to surfers, while the North Cornwall coast offers dramatic cliff walks in either direction—St Agnes to the west, Crantock to the east. Pencrennow Farm Cottages sits among green fields just minutes inland, with The Roundhouse as its distinctive single-bedroom option for two guests.
The entire ground floor is yours: a combined living and dining space with Freeview TV and DVDs, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and a bedroom with a kingsize bed plus a z-bed if needed. The ensuite has a cubicle shower. Bed linen and towels come as standard; heating is included October to April. You have private parking for one car and access to a shared laundry room. A patio with garden furniture overlooks the courtyard—note there are steps down into the garden itself.
Newquay's seven beaches, zoo and leisure facilities are within reach, while Reen Manor Riding Stables are locally close if you ride. The nearest pub is within a mile. No smoking inside the property.

We were looking for somewhere to stay in Perranporth next year, so went to view these cottages. The owners were fabulous and very helpful, they showed us round all of the accommodation that would suit our needs. All of the cottages were beautiful, well laid out and stylishly furnished.

Stayed at the gate house. Appeared clean with nice equipped kitchen. However had no information on how appliances worked! Oven easy to work.dishwasher we couldn't get to work. It went onto timer each time which didn't work either as time didn't come down. Asked for help to resolve. No one showed so guess it was broken. Light in bathroom broke took 24 hours to fix.Dvd was missing this was replaced within the hour. Nice quiet location with easy reach of town. Down a normal Cornish lane. We used Porthtowen beach most days as less crowded and easier to park(and cheaper parking) Sorry but we wouldn't return to Pencrennow cottages
