Sage Cottage

Sage Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage with its own private parking and a small rear garden. The ground floor holds a double and single bedroom, plus a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs is a single open-plan space where the kitchen, dining area and living room flow together, with a TV for evenings. The owner, an artist, has hung work throughout the interiors. One well-behaved dog stays free of charge; children are welcome too, though note there is a stairgate. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included.

Farmland surrounds the property on three sides, with views across countryside and woodland from the living area windows. The setting is quiet and rural, yet Truro cathedral city lies only a few minutes' drive away. The north and south coasts are both within easy reach, meaning beaches, cliff paths and harbours are genuinely accessible for a day out. The Eden Project, National Trust gardens, and local produce markets in Truro are all nearby. For water sports there is kayaking, paddleboarding and surfing at various spots; for quieter time there are cafés, specialist shops and historic streets in the city centre.
