St Andrews Place

St Andrews Place is a ground-floor apartment in Stratton, a short drive from Bude on the North Cornwall coast. The layout is open-plan: a combined living and dining space with a Smart TV leads through to a kitchen fitted with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two singles. The bathroom contains a shower over the bath and heated towel rail. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, along with parking for one car on site. One pet can stay free of charge.

Bude itself lies within easy reach—a family-friendly coastal town with sandy beaches for swimming and surfing, a natural sea pool at Summerleaze Beach, and a high street of independent shops, cafés and restaurants. The wider area offers coastal walks, countryside cycling and golf courses nearby. The apartment does not allow smoking.
