The Barn

Families and groups of six will find The Barn works well as a self-contained base. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms mean space to spread out; one bedroom has its own en-suite, and the main bathroom includes a bath and separate shower. The ground floor opens onto a private front garden with patio and lawn, and there is parking for four cars on site. One dog is welcome.

The main living spaces have a wood burner and Smart TV, and the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the basics. A utility room with washing machine handles laundry. Bed linen, towels, heating and wi-fi are included, and a travel cot and highchair are available if needed. No smoking inside.

The location sits between Penzance and Helston, close enough to reach sandy beaches, sheltered coves and the South West Coast Path. Newlyn's working fishing harbour, Mousehole's waterfront, and the dramatic cliffs at Land's End are all within reach. Smaller villages and coastal walks make it a natural choice for exploring the area without needing to move on each night.
