This converted barn sits at the end of a long private drive near St Just, elevated enough to look out over rolling countryside. The whole place is on one level, with a kingsize bedroom and a zip-and-link twin, each with its own shower room. The open-plan living space centres on a woodburner, and the kitchen has an electric oven and induction hob for cooking. A lawned garden with patio and seating faces out across the fields, and there is parking for two cars on site, plus an EV charging point.
Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included; initial fuel for the woodburner is too. One well-behaved pet can stay free. St Just itself, a few minutes away, has a working high street with a supermarket, butchers, baker and greengrocers, plus galleries, craft shops, tea rooms and pubs. The town sits in Cornwall's mining country, with the Cot Valley and Cape Cornwall's coastal walks within reach. No smoking inside the property.

Stunning views, very clean property. You have to drive past another holiday let to get to it plus you share the garden. Dogs are allowed which is a bonus but it's not an enclosed garden

A five star experience, lovely surroundings and great accommodation. An ideal base to visit many coastal towns and beaches.

Thoroughly recommended. The labrador dog is an added bonus who is quite happy to fetch his stick, fir cone or ball all day. Peacocks and guinea fowl are great. Loads of space and owners seem to have thought of everything. Welcome pack was a nice touch.

Great place to stay with stunning views. Very modern cottage and has everything you'll need. Host could have been a bit better with communication, there's an issue with the hot water (meaning several nights we had to have cold showers!), and we had to chase up for a response. Oscar the lab is a wonderful addition! One other thing to note - you'll have a 6:30ish wake-up call from the peacocks daily, and they may leave presents around the patio/seats etc (so keep your eyes peeled!).
