Treen is a detached house sleeping eight in the hamlet of Lansallos, on Cornwall's Heritage Coastline. A fifteen-minute woodland walk takes you down to Lansallos Cove and onto the coastal path; the beach and walking routes are the main draw here. The house sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with fishing villages nearby—Polperro to the east, Polruan and Fowey across the river to the west, and Looe a short drive away. All three have shops, restaurants, and the kind of harbourside activity (rock pools, crab fishing, the daily catch at the fish market) that keeps families occupied.
Ground floor: a living and dining room with a wood burner and Smart TV, a kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine, and a utility room with tumble dryer. One kingsize bedroom and one twin bedroom, plus a bathroom and a separate wet room with shower. Upstairs: another kingsize bedroom with its own ensuite shower room, and a second twin bedroom. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; logs for the burner come with the booking. You have private parking for three cars and a large lawned garden with patio. One dog can stay free. The house is non-smoking and available to families and couples only.
