Waters Edge

Waters Edge opens straight onto Portreath beach. The ground floor holds a living room with smart TV and electric fire, plus a kitchen-diner fitted with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with zip-and-link single beds and a DVD player, one with a double bed and DVD player, and one single room. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a separate toilet. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. On-site parking fits one car, with additional road parking available. The property is non-smoking throughout.

Portreath sits on the North Cornwall coast between cliffs, with a small harbour, long sandy beach and consistent waves. The village has shops, cafés and pubs within walking distance. The beach itself hosts a café just yards from the property. The National Trust Coastal Path runs nearby, offering cliff-top walks; inland you'll find woodland and parkland trails. Within a short drive are swimming pools, golf courses, horse riding and other sports facilities. The property sleeps five and suits families; cots and highchairs can be requested.
