You arrive at Yew Tree Cottage to find a semi-detached Victorian property set back from Willersey village green behind mature trees, its stone walls and traditional character immediately visible. The layout unfolds across two floors with some height changes between rooms upstairs. Ground level brings you into a living room with open fire and exposed stonework, a separate dining room, kitchen fitted with gas cooker and dishwasher, and a conservatory. The first floor holds three bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with a double and single, one with two singles—plus a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate shower room.

Three bedrooms sleep up to seven, with bed linen and towels provided. The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, and essentials including electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are covered. You have access to a lawned garden with sitting-out area and furniture, and private parking for two cars with additional roadside space. One dog stays free and will find plenty of interest in the surrounding countryside—the village is threaded with walking and cycling routes, and two pubs serving home-cooked food are a short walk away. The village shop stocks local produce and fresh baking. Broadway, with its high street of independent shops, pubs and cafés, lies under two miles distant. No smoking is permitted in the property.
