We came for a week and stayed for two. Absolutely gorgeous little campsite. Excellent location for exploring the Llyn. Well maintained site, right up against woodland, so it was an immersion in woodland camping - a first for us. The toilet/shower provision was funky (in a good way) rustic-theme trailer conversion, and kept spotlessly clean. The provision of the covered picnic tables and wood stoves was an extremely welcome touch.

We recently visited this campsite and had a fantastic experience! The place is really nice and exceptionally clean. The toilets and showers were top-notch—always clean and the showers were warm, which was a huge plus. One of the best parts was the ability to have a campfire. Also, if you're a dog owner, you'll love this place! It's super dog-friendly with a designated spacious dog running area and a lovely woodland walk at the back. The location is also great, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Highly recommend this campsite for anyone looking for a clean, dog-friendly spot with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay!

Stayed in the summer with friends and our children - wish we could have stayed longer! Felt like we had got away from it all, lovely peaceful location yet only a short drive from villages, mountains and coast. We made use of the barbecue, and enjoyed the picnic shelter to eat our meal, such a luxury instead of camping chairs! Take a torch as it’s super dark at night - bonus for us was we even saw a meteor shower as no light pollution. Fantastic. Clean, well thought out, lovely hot showers - just perfect. A hidden gem.

This is a wonderful campsite! One of the highlights of our stay was seeing a heron flying over the campsite on a few occasions, adding to the natural charm of the place. The tranquility of the site was remarkable; it was incredibly quiet, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The showers were a pleasant surprise, being spacious, impeccably clean, and offering plenty of hot water—truly a luxurious experience. Surrounded by trees and nature, the setting was blissful, making every moment spent there refreshing and rejuvenating. We also took advantage of the BBQ rental and enjoyed cooking out in the provided seating areas, which was a delightful way to spend our evenings. Criccieth is less than a 10 minute drive away with plenty of shops, take aways, restaurants and a large beach great for swimming. Overall, this campsite offers a serene and comfortable retreat for nature lovers and anyone looking to unwind. Highly recommended!
