Caravan park in Grange-over-Sands with electric hook-ups, close to Lake District walking and coastal access.
About Greaves Farm Caravan Park
Grange-over-Sands sits on the edge of Morecambe Bay in south Cumbria, with the Lake District peaks inland and coastal paths nearby. Greaves Farm Caravan Park is a family-friendly site that takes caravans and motorhomes, with 20 pitches offering electric hook-ups.
The park has a sanitary block with showers and washing facilities, plus a chemical disposal point and LPG stockist. Pets are welcome. The location works well for both water-based breaks—the bay is right here—and hiking trips into the fells and along coastal routes, with plenty of walking options straight from the site.

I don’t do many reviews on Google but in this case I feel I need to.. The site is very well managed by the owners John and his wife Sue. Toilets are very clean and well maintained along with the washing pots area and surrounding areas are kept well manicured with flower beds etc. And John and Sue are very accommodating with any requests. A very lovely site.

Perfect quiet touring site. The owners keep the grounds looking lovely. Sensibly priced, and very quiet location. A hidden gem for a perfect quiet retreat. Clean toilet and shower block. We will definitely be returning.

If you're seeking peace and tranquility in stunning scenery Greaves Farm should be your No.1 destination. My wife and I plus our dog Otto a GSP had three nights on this site. It is lovingly cared for, facilities are excellent, good hard standing and EHU, grass is cut short and tidy. Yes it is a 30 minute walk to pub in High Newton but ambling down quite lanes lined with wild flowers it is worth it. When we park our van up, we don't move it, using the local bus to explore the area. Cartmel is an hour's walk but well rewarded by this beautiful historic village. John values all his guest's at Greaves Farm, we will visit again it's too good to ignore.

Absolutely fantastic quiet site located 10 minutes from Newby Bridge and within easy reach of the more popular parts of the Lake District. Run by a lovely couple just wanting to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I love sites like this that are away from the hustle and bustle but within easy reach of you want it. The site was very peaceful and spacious, and despite only phoning up the day beforehand, there was no issue booking us in. A couple of tents were dotted around the site and for most of the weekend we were the only caravan there, and that's in the middle of the summer holidays! The site has everything you could need, electric hook up, disposal points and even had access to fridges and freezers in the washing up hut. Toilets and showers (20p) were in keeping with the farm buildings and absolutely spotless. Make sure you follow the directions on the contact page of their website and not your sat nav! I definitely recommend this site and wouldn't hesitate staying here again. 👍
