About Houndgate Townhouse
Each room at Houndgate Townhouse comes with its own en-suite bathroom, and guests can expect drinks brought straight to the room along with round-the-clock reception for whatever's needed. Family rooms and accessible rooms are available, so the layout suits a range of travellers, and a lift serves the upper floors for those who'd rather skip the stairs.
Downstairs, there's a bar and restaurant on site, with breakfast served each morning and kids' meals available for younger guests. Room service covers those who prefer to stay put, and there's a garden with outdoor seating for anyone wanting to sit outside. Meeting rooms make the property workable for business visits too, and an electric vehicle charge point is fitted for those arriving by EV. Free WiFi runs throughout.
There's no parking on site, though the Feethams Multi-storey Car Park on Darlington DL1 5SZ is a short walk away and offers a practical alternative. The townhouse sits within reach of a golf course, pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby, making it a straightforward base for exploring Darlington itself.
