Walden Cottage is a detached single-bedroom property in Prestatyn, sleeping two people in a superkingsize bed. Everything needed for cooking and entertaining is provided: electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine mean you can prepare proper meals or do laundry without effort. The living room has a woodburner with fuel included, Freeview TV and a DVD player. Essentials like electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are covered. One dog stays free.
The cottage sits on the grounds of Walden House with distant sea views and a small lawned garden with seating. Prestatyn town centre, its shops and restaurants, is within walking distance, and a pub sits half a mile away. The Offa's Dyke footpath starts nearby for those wanting longer walks; the Clwydian Hills, Chester, Mold and Llandudno are all easily reached from here. On-road parking and a bike store are available. No smoking indoors.

Still a brilliant place to stay. Fantastic views of Prestatyn from on high. Walks and places of interest a stones throw from Walden Cottage. Barkby Beach is virtually empty and once again Betsy, my black labrador, is covered in sand from chasing the ball. The weather has been and still is just perfect sun shine. More luck than anything else! Just a few days into a weeks holiday and relaxation is setti g in all ready. What more can you ask.

A beautiful bungalow, a fabulous base for us to properly explore the North Wales coast. The bungalow is fully equipped, decorated beautifully and very comfortable. It's in a lovely peaceful location, yet only a 10 minute walk from the High Street. Highly recommend it!

Absolutely beautiful, the owners are so welcoming and lovely. The cottage is the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in and the surroundings are amazing. We will be back. My dog absolutely loved it too. Beautiful beautiful place
