Lots of beautiful walks e.g.to Lumsdale Falls, Ribley Castle and Matlock is on the Monsal Trail/Sustrans national cycle route 680. Matlock also has a working railway station only a few minutes away and also offers a steam railway and cable cars plus Arc Leisure which has a swimming pool, gym and play area.Sorry, no pets and this is a no smoking property. There is also a nearby bus service and direct road access to Nottingham and Derby. Chatsworth House is within reach as are Monkey World and Gulliver's Kingdom.

Matlock also has a working railway station only a few minutes away for guests to be able to go on holiday and enjoy days out without driving and also offers a steam railway and cable cars. The property also has the advantage of having a nearby bus service and is also situated on a road with access to both Nottingham and Derby.
