Lillegarth

Lillegarth is an 18th-century cottage in Bradwell, a village in the heart of the Peak District. The property comes fully equipped: bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, the kitchen has a range cooker, microwave and coffee machine, and there's a dishwasher and tumble dryer in the utility room. Gas central heating keeps you warm in winter. Parking for six cars is on site, and one small dog can stay free of charge.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs you'll find a living room with a 40-inch Smart TV, Freesat and a gas fire, plus a kitchen-dining room with French doors opening onto a patio. There's a bathroom with a bath and shower. Upstairs are three bedrooms: two with kingsize beds (one with its own roll-top bath and shower), and one with two singles. A second bathroom is also on the first floor. The enclosed garden has a lawn, sitting-out areas, garden furniture, a summerhouse and a BBQ; note there are steps and drops within the grounds. The cottage has several internal steps between rooms and a sloped entrance, typical of period properties.

Bradwell itself has shops, pubs and restaurants within the village, plus two playgrounds for children. The location works well for exploring the wider Peak District, with countryside immediately surrounding the property.
