Dog friendly, we allow one dog for free (dogs are not to be left unattended in the property) Small enclosed rear courtyard with furniture. The sun is in the garden in the afternoon and evenings (Please note the garden is small and accessed by a gate adjoining the property next to the back door). Two good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Cosy sitting room with Superfast fibre broadband, smart TVs throughout, Freesat with Netflix, Bluray DVD player and music system with Bluetooth. All linen, fuel and power included. Allocated parking for two cars. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.1 miles. Note: The property is open all year and offers short breaks throughout the winter months
