About Higher Easton Farm Campsite
Tucked into farmland just outside Bigbury, Higher Easton Farm delivers the full Devon coastal experience: sweeping views across the South Devon National Landscape, starry skies on clear nights, and easy access to some of the county's finest beaches and coastal paths. Bigbury's surf school and kayak hire are two miles away, while Salcombe, Bantham, and Hope Cove are all within a 20-minute drive, linked by spectacular stretches of the South West Coast Path. Dartmoor's trails beckon half an hour inland.
The camping itself is simple – non-electric grass pitches with showers and loos – but the location more than compensates. A five-minute stroll brings you to the village pub or shop for supplies, while the celebrated Oyster Shack sits just a mile away. With far-reaching views from your pitch and proper dark skies after sunset, it's a peaceful, well-positioned base for exploring this stunning coastline.

Rugged and rural. Perfect quiet getaway. Owners couldn't do enough and were really friendly. Great spot to explore the coast and watch the sunset

Beautiful camping in a lovely peaceful location with fantastic views and wonderfully dark skies for stargazing. Hazel and her husband were also absolutely brilliant. They looked after us so well and saved the day when our vehicle broke down by helping get us on the road again. Thoroughly recommend and we will come back next time we’re visiting.
