Had the best time camping here - the tent field is a little way from the facilities but easily walkable in a couple of minutes - and this means that you get peace and quiet at night away from the caravans! Lots of space and lovely sea views.

What a fantastic campsite, can't believe our luck in finding it. Absolutley stunning views, lovely shop, fantastic play park and good facilities. Best of all was the family feel and warm welcome. We had a summer holiday childhood dreams are made of, and we can't wait to come back :) thank you.

We’ve just spent two nights at Manor Farm Caravan site on one of 13 touring pitches and would highly recommend it. Very peaceful with the gentle sounds of farm animals and birds. The site is well maintained, toilet and shower block is in the centre of the site it’s clean and tidy with hand dryers and a hair dryer in the ladies section. Most of the site has caravans on seasonal pitches all are well looked after and the owners are friendly. The site is within walking distance of Seaton and the beach, a little steep on the way back. On Saturday a burger van came between 5pm and 9pm which was great! Loved the animals on the way in to the site including peacocks, chickens, turkey, ducks, goats and pigs.

We had two nights at this campsite,. Situated on the side of the axe valley approx 3 miles from the beach. Well looked after site with petting farm animals for all. Communal toilet block and a small shop next to the reception. The only down side to the location is that to get to Seaton to there's a lovely hill to go down but a steeper hill to get back. Overall enjoyed this campsite wonderful staff clean and tidy toilets and grounds with a great view.
