About Willow Lodge

Tucked into a secluded corner of a working farm just five minutes from Chawleigh village, Willow Lodge is a bijou wooden retreat with real Hobbiton charm. The cosy interior centres on a warming fireplace and features a well-designed kitchen corner with fridge, toaster, kettle and small cooker, sleeping up to four in one double and two single bench beds (linens supplied for the double; bring bags or hire extras for the singles). There's no wifi or TV, which means you can properly switch off to a soundtrack of birdsong and exceptional sunsets.

Outside, a fenced private garden offers total seclusion, complete with firepit, barbecue and a separate shower hut. Well-behaved dogs are welcome and can roam safely within the sealed garden, though do keep them under control around the farm itself. Village walks, pubs and a local shop are all close by, making this an ideal rural bolthole whatever the season.
