Old Dairy

Old Dairy is a converted barn sleeping two in a single bedroom, situated on the edge of Chulmleigh within easy reach of the village bakery and local pub. Everything needed for a short break comes as standard: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all covered, and the kitchen is fitted out for proper cooking rather than making do – there's an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. A woodburner in the living area provides extra warmth on cooler evenings, with initial logs supplied.

The open-plan ground floor gives the space an airy feel despite its single bedroom. A zip-and-link bed can be configured as either a superking or two singles, depending on preference. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and heated towel rail. Glass doors from the living area open onto a private terrace with garden furniture, useful for sitting out in decent weather. There is parking on site for one car, and one dog is welcome at no extra cost.

The property sits within rural countryside close enough to walk into the village centre. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
