What visitors say

Callum Jackson

We stayed at Pond Farm last weekend as a group of 8, and I can honestly say it was one of the best campsite experiences we've had. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Kelly, Andy, Gaz and the whole team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, and by the time we left, it genuinely felt like we'd become part of the family. The site itself is fantastic. One thing we really appreciated was the electric hook-up being pay-as-you-go, so you're only paying for what you actually use instead of overpaying for your pitch. It's such a fair and sensible way of doing things. There's also a lovely little bar on site, which creates a great atmosphere and gives everyone somewhere to relax and socialise in the evenings. One of the biggest highlights has to be the animals. The goats and their adorable babies, the pigs and the chickens really add that extra wow factor and make the site feel so unique. There's also a small children's play area, and our little ones absolutely loved it. We barely saw them all day because they were constantly off playing and exploring. They only came back when it was bath time, absolutely covered in mud with huge smiles on their faces. That's exactly how childhood camping memories should be made. The whole stay was faultless from start to finish. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we're already back just three days later. That probably says more than anything else I could write. If you're thinking about visiting, whether it's for one night or a longer stay, don't hesitate. I can almost guarantee you'll be planning your next visit before you've even packed up. Thank you, Kelly, Andy, Gaz and the entire team. We'll definitely be back again and again!

Stayed camping here for 4 nights with my mate at the top field. Staff were extremely good. Really easy going. No nonsense. The pitch was good. Great camp site. One slight criticism. They will need more toilets and a bigger shower block. Two toilets and one shower isn't enough. This camp sight will thrive. And they need the facilities to grow. Highly recommend.

What a gem of a find. Arrived to a warm welcome and unexpected bonus of a very reasonably priced bar and burger van. Very family friendly with kids all playing together and having fun away from electronics. If this way again would not hesitate to re book.

Very nice site, spacious pitches. Shower and toilets clean. Owner is a very helpful man. We was about to come back to the campsite in 3 days but unfortunately plans changed 🥺. Thank you for a great week ☺️
