About Angel Inn Misson
Anyone after a low-key rural stopover rather than a destination in itself will find the Angel Inn Misson a sensible option. Set on Dame Lane in the village of Misson, Nottinghamshire, it suits travellers who want free parking, a proper pub downstairs, and no fuss about bringing the dog along.
Rooms are en-suite with drinks provided, and accessible rooms are available for those who need them. Free WiFi covers the property, and reception operates around the clock, useful if you're arriving late off the road. Breakfast is served on site, and the restaurant and bar downstairs cover an evening meal without needing to go anywhere else, while the garden gives a bit of outdoor space to sit with a drink.
There's a golf course nearby for anyone building a round into the stay, plus further pubs and restaurants within reach in the surrounding area. It's a place built around comfort and convenience rather than spectacle, which is exactly what suits guests passing through the Nottinghamshire countryside.
